We couldn’t be happier that LA based The Stand, a fast casual, American classics redefined concept finally arrived in Orange County. The Stand just opened at the Oak Creek Shopping Center in Irvine and it’s the perfect place for anyone looking for healthy, tasty, quick and affordable dining options.
It boasts an upscale casual vibe with Carrera marble counter tops, dark wood tables, individual and communal seating, multiple 75 inch televisions, and a custom-made beer tap serving 20 draft beers including the signature 20 oz. Stand Blonde Ale and 3 Golden Road beers, served exclusively at The Stand.
The Stand’s menu features an extensive selection of custom, made-to-order American classics such as Stand Burgers, Stand Dogs and Standwiches designed by culinary director Jason Wishengrad, as well as entree salads and fries, sides and veggies including Porchetta Fries, Stand Gourmet Chili, Chimichurri Slaw, Brussels Sprouts, Sweet Potato Fries, and Mac N’ Cheese.
You can eat healthy and enjoy original creations that you won’t believe come from a fast casual concept. We highly recommend the new Sprout and Farro salad with shaved Brussels sprouts, arugula, Farro, dates, pomegranate seeds, almonds, shaved parmesan whipped goat cheese, parsley and lemon vinaigrette; and French Onion Soup Burger with a side of French Onion Soup; and the Pimento-Cheeseburger with Stand Blend beef, homemade pimento cheese dip, stand chips, arugula and burger sauce on a gourmet bakery bun.
Other excellent menu offerings include the Spicy Beef Short Rib with Chipotle and Beer Braised Short Rib, Green Chile Aioli, Arugula, Swiss Cheese, Garlic Mushrooms, Parmesan, Red Onion and Ciabatta and El Capitan with Beef Burger, Braised Short Rib, Pickled Peppers & Onions, Fresh Guacamole and Chimichurri.
Updated classic burgers include The Stand Burger with Grilled Onions, Lettuce, Tomato, Pickles & Stand Burger Sauce and the Apple Slaw Turkey, a Turkey Burger with Apple Slaw, Butternut Squash, Cheddar Cheese, Lettuce, & BBQ Sauce.
Stand Dogs and Sausages can be custom made or selected from the menu offerings, including The “O” Dog with Grilled Dog, Corn Salsa, Cilantro Lime Aioli, Sriracha, & Crispy Onion Strings served on a Poppy Bun and Three Pigs Sausage with Bratwurst, Bacon Tomato Jam, Porchetta, Swiss Cheese, Chimichurri, Green Apple & Red Onion Slaw.
All dishes have the option to be topped with over 20 house-made condiments and loaded toppings included Stand Chili, Bacon Tomato Jam, Sweet Pickle Relish, Chimichurri Slaw, and Fried Egg.
New to Irvine is breakfast served daily from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily, with menu items including a Short Rib Hash Stack and French Toast.
