For the first time, Afters, the ice cream shop with a cult-like following is partnering with Hello Kitty to bring super cute sweets and treats to fans in new and exciting ways.

The promotion kicks off on Thursday, June 29, and centers around two limited edition ice cream flavors that Afters Ice Cream has created specifically for Hello Kitty: Mama’s Apple Pie - vanilla ice cream with apple sauce, apple pie filling, and cinnamon; and Yummy Strawberry Cake - vanilla ice cream loaded with fresh strawberries, house made strawberry swirl, and shortcake bits.

All Afters Ice Cream locations throughout Southern California will be serving up the limited-edition ice cream flavors in custom designed, Hello Kitty branded cups as well as part of Afters’ famous Milky Bun; an ice cream sandwich made from homemade ice cream stuffed into a warm glazed donut.  The Hello Kitty ♥ Afters Ice Cream promotion runs through Sunday, August 13.

The Afters Ice Cream store in Irvine will be kicking off the partnership with a special event on Thursday, June 29 from 7 – 10 p.m. Hello Kitty will be on-hand to welcome customers and pose for photos, a DJ will be spinning and the first 100 customers will receive a free Hello Kitty ♥ Afters Ice Cream t-shirt.

In addition to the special ice cream flavors, all 15 Southern California Afters ice Cream locations will feature limited edition Hello Kitty ♥ Afters Ice Cream merchandise including men’s and women’s t-shirts, caps and stickers throughout the promotion.

Afters Ice Cream Irvine is in Diamond Jubilee at 2738 Alton Parkway in Irvine.
