New Year’s Eve at Newport Beach’s Most Celebrated Restaurant

Now that husband-and-wife chef-owners Florent and Amelia Marneau have moved their beloved French restaurant, Marché Moderne from South Coast Plaza to Crystal Cove Shopping Center in Newport Beach, you can celebrate New Year’s Eve at their new chic location. Marché Moderne is offering a four-course holiday menu for just $150 per person.

The Four Course Menu starts with an Amuse Bouche Egg - Caviar - Smoked Salmon – Brioche.

For the Second Course choose one of the following:
Lobster Truffle Risotto with Winter Mushrooms, Crispy Pig Trotter Brown Butter Foam
Butter Lettuce Heart with Roasted Shallot Vinaigrette, Parma Ham, Grilled Asparagus, Haricot Vert and Grated Grand Cru Gruyère.
Six Oysters On The Half Shell Traditional Mignonette.
Albacore & Hamachi A Day in Provence with Citronnette, Tapenade Pommelo Grapefruit Confit, Black Garlic, Tomate Sechees, and Crispy Garlic.
Dungeness Crab with Coeur De Romaine, Meyer Lemon Confit, Une Mousseline a La Tomate Et Raifort Salad De Celery Vert.
Sautéed Foie Gras with creamy Parsnip, Pickled Mango, and Grilled Onion, Smoked Sea Salt Toasted Pan Dolce.

Third Course Selections:
Lamb Ribeye Arugula with Parmesan, Lemon Confit, Crushed and Crispy Sunchoke Jus D’agneau A L’Espelette Au Romarin.
Brown Butter Roasted Turbot Fish with Garlic Crust and Brioche Crust Chopped Braised Piperade, Emulsion Basil Mint and Seagrass.
New Zealand Langoustine & Hokkaido Scallops with Amaretto, Butternut Squash, Crispy Suckling Pig with Black Truffle or Roasted Veal Filet & Braised Veal Cheeks.
Morel with Vin Jaune, Brioche, and Beaufort Crusted Endive.

Dessert Selections:
Macaron Coffee and Chocolate Nougat Glacé Hazelnut Mousseline,
Vacherin Verveine Et Grand Marnier Lemon Verbena Ice Cream, Orange, and Grand Marnier Gateau.
“Poire” Millefeuille, Mascarpone Cream with Hazelnut Nougatine, Braised Forelle Pear Pain D’ Épice & Poire William Gelato.

Selection De Fromage ($15 Supplement).
