The 2018 JDRF Dream Gala on Saturday, March 17 seeks to uncork a cure while honoring the JDRF Men on a Mission, who, together with their incredibly generous and supportive families and friends, have been opening wines, and their cellars, in support of JDRF for the past ten years. They have raised over $300,000 for T1D research at the Dream Gala wine auction, and spend countless hours researching, procuring and donating the most exquisite wines.

This year’s gala will be back at Ritz-Carlton, Laguna Niguel for a night of exciting auctions, expertly selected wines and cocktails, exquisite food and extraordinary entertainment. For the third year in a row, the VIP after-party will be back with cocktails, late-night snacks, dancing and more! Offered exclusively to Dream Gala sponsors, the after-party will be the perfect way to celebrate the success of another JDRF Dream Gala.

Since 1996, the JDRF Dream Gala has raised an estimated $22 million for Type 1 Diabetes (T1D) research. Those funds have directly impacted the lives of millions of people living with T1D; improving the quality of life and easing the burden of this disease until a cure is found.

Through the contributions of generous donors over the years, JDRF has become the largest charitable funder of T1D research in the world. Today, the future is hopeful for the estimated 1.5 million people living in the United States with T1D. That bright future simply would not be possible without the generous supporters of JDRF.

The black-tie affair starts at 5 p.m. with hosted cocktails, silent & wine auction, entertainment. At 7:15 p.m. enjoy a dinner program; at 8:30 p.m. at a live auction and Fund A Cure; 9:40 p.m. dancing and entertainment and at 10:30 p.m., a sponsor only after party.
