Weekend brunch enthusiasts can look forward to OC Weekly’s 3^rd annual “Fresh Toast: A Brunch Event,” at an all-new location---Laguna Beach Festival of Arts on Saturday, March 10 from 12-3 p.m. (VIP early entrance at 11 a.m. is sold out).

Fresh Toast is an exceptional outdoor food and drink experience featuring the best brunch spread ever! The 21 and over event includes unlimited brunch bites from nearly 30 local restaurants, adult beverage sampling, access to a craft cocktail cash bar and live entertainment. A portion of all ticket sales will benefit the Alzheimer’s Association Orange County, the leading voluntary health organization in Alzheimer's care, support and research.

This year’s Fresh Toast is proudly sponsored by Angel City Brewery, Audi/Volvo/INFINITI Mission, Viejo, Bulleit Frontier Whiskey, Don Julio, Essentia Water, Goodwill Orange County, Sapporo, Suja Juice, Tru Bru Coffee and Veev Liquor. Participating restaurants include, but are not limited to, A Market, Bluegold, Bosscat Kitchen, El Mercado Modern Cuisine, Hendrix, Lido Bottle Works, LSXO, Skyloft, SOCIAL, StillWater, The Cannery, The Cut, The Straw: Modern Milkshakes and Waterman’s Harbor. KORBEL Champagne will offer a full champagne flight tasting to VIP attendees, along with providing samples in the general admission area. The Fresh Toast website will be updated as new restaurants and sponsors are added.

The stakes are high at Fresh Toast’s Bloody Mary competition presented by Ketel One Vodka. Each of the Bloody Battle competitors believe their Bloody Mary concoction is the best, but Fresh Toast attendees will be the judge of that! From taste to presentation to uniqueness, these mixologists will be pulling out all the stops to compete for your taste buds and vote! Restaurants including Driftwood Kitchen, Hendrix, Trevor’s at the Tracks, The Country Club, Ole’s Tavern and Seasalt Woodfire Grill will be battling it out for the title of Best in Show!
