Fresh Summer Sips at Selanne Steak Tavern
07.27.22
Fresh, seasonal produce such as nectarines, peaches, strawberries, and watermelon highlight Selanne Steak Tavern’s new summer sips recently added to the cocktail menu. “We’re lucky to work with great, local purveyors to help make our cocktails pop,” says General Manager Chad Sisco. “Taking these summer fruits and steeping them into a fun syrup is what summer drinking is all about."
Selanne Steak Tavern’s four new cocktails include:
A riff on a childhood favorite, orange soda, the Sun Kissed is made with Ketel One Oranje, Aperol, orange juice, and Q Grapefruit.
Inspired by Chef Vince Terusa’s new Smoked Nectarine and Burrata Salad, the Country Living is concocted with Bulleit Bourbon, nectarine, and Fever-Tree Ginger Beer, and mint.
Thanks a Melon – with Patron Blanco Tequila, watermelon, lime and agave – spells summer with its refreshing flavors.
Beautiful to admire, the Perfect Sunset is reminiscent of a California sunset with fluffy clouds with Ketel One Botanical Peach Orange Blossom, strawberry, mint, Aperol, lemon, and egg white.
Also, on the list is the returning seasonal cocktails Kiss of Life created with Hendrick’s Gin, cucumber, basil, lime, simple and yuzu soda, and La Ultima Palabra composed of Casamigos Mezcal, lime, Green Chartreuse, and Luxardo Maraschino. And always on the list – Teemu’s Moscow Mule – Platinum 7X Vodka, Fever-Tree Ginger Beer, agave, lime, and The Hat Trick – PAU Maui Vodka, grapefruit, agave, St. Germaine.
Selanne Steak Tavern is open for dinner nightly starting at 5 p.m. For reservations and more information, call 949-715-9881 or visit selannesteaktavern.com.
