Megan Hilty at Irvine Barclay Theatre

Megan Hilty, the beloved star of stage and screen will be performing at Irvine Barclay Theatre on Thursday, April 20, at 8 p.m.
Hilty is known worldwide as the seasoned triple-threat, Ivy Lynn, in the NBC hit Smash. She wowed audiences with her portrayal of Glinda in Wicked, and was the first to perform the role of Doralee Rhodes in Broadway’s 9 to 5: The Musical. Megan received a Tony Award nomination for her performance as Brooke Ashton in the delightful comedy, Noises Off.
Most recently, she starred as Patsy Cline in Lifetime’s original movie Patsy & Loretta, earning a Critics Choice Award nomination for her performance.
Enjoy an intimate evening with this powerhouse singer as she brings her outstanding vocal range and sparkling sense of humor to a show that features musical theater favorites from throughout Hilty’s famed career.

Sustainable Beast Feast Dinner at CUCINA enoteca

Taking a walk on the culinary wild side, CUCINA enoteca in Newport Beach is bringing back one of its most innovative dining experiences—BEAST FEAST, an off-menu, whole-animal dinner at SoCal’s iconic California-Italian kitchen & wine shop on April 26th at 6:30 p.m. Executive Chef Cesar Sarmiento will utilize the entirety of a seasonal “beast,” to avoid waste and embrace sustainable cooking practices.
This carnivorous occasion offers an intimate family-style experience with a prix fixed menu centered on LAMB. Start with the braised lamb neck tortelloni paired with spring minestrone soup, then sink your teeth into tender lamb ribs accompanied by molasses glaze, shishito gremolata and herb creme fraiche. This indulgent experience is priced at $85 per person with optional wine pairings available for purchase. Due to limited seating, reservations are required and tickets can be purchased here.
Future Beast Feast dinner dates will be announced later this year with plans for a vegetarian Beast(less) Feast as well.
