Enjoy A Two-Night Midweek Escape to SLO
02.28.22
Now’s the time to plan an escape to the city of San Luis Obispo, the charming walkable town along California’s Central Coast. Through March 31, 2022, the first 500 visitors who book a two-night consecutive stay at a participating San Luis Obispo “SLO-tel” will receive a complimentary gift card bundle worth $100.
Guests can take advantage of this offer by booking a two-night stay, Sunday through Thursday, at a participating hotel or inn. Travel must be booked and completed by March 31, 2022.
Once the booking is confirmed, guests will then need to email their confirmation to info@visitslo.com to see if they are one of the first 500 to qualify for the offer. Blackout dates and certain rules and regulations apply, including valid for new bookings only and bookings made after February 1, 2022. Booking confirmations must be sent prior to arrival. Additional rules and restrictions can be found at visitslo.com.
Upon arrival, guests should make their first stop at the San Luis Obispo Visitor Center, located at 895 Monterey Street in the heart of downtown, to select an itinerary and retrieve their gift card bundle. The list of curated itineraries ranges from food and wine to arts and culture as well as outdoor exploring, family-friendly destinations, and remote worker/digital nomad for a more inspiring work environment. Once an itinerary has been selected, it cannot be changed. The Visitor Center is open daily from 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. and until 6 p.m. Thursday through Saturday.
Discover the SLO life with farm-to-fork dining, handcrafted cocktails sipped from a rooftop bar, the rich history of the museum district, nostalgia at a classic drive-in theater, Sip-certified wineries, outdoor adventure and so much more. Each time a new guest checks into a SLO-tel, be a budget-friendly property or a boutique inn, they’re helping the environment through Keys for Trees, a new initiative where hotels have set aside a percentage of their annual revenue to help the community flourish by planting 10,000 new trees by 2035 – the year the city aims to achieve carbon neutrality.
San Luis Obispo’s Midweek Escape is valid on bookings made after February 1 and travel must be completed by March 31, 2022. The offer is valid for the first 500 qualified reservations. For more information, go to visitslo.com.
