100% Canadian Glacier Spring Water

Canada’s only premium glacial water; locally Canadian-owned and sourced, Whistler Water is just coming to market in SoCal with Orange County being its first destination. You can find it at Gelson’s. Their water originates from glacier-capped mountaintops just north of Whistler in British Columbia, Canada and is bottled a short distance away in Burnaby, British Columbia.

It’s bottled in PET, recycle symbol 1 plastic, the world’s most viable plastic for recycling, and it’s a Bisphenol-A (BPA) free company, to confirm its commitment to supply the purest water product on the market. It’s naturally alkaline ph 7.2, TDS 36 P.P.M., low sodium, and Kosher certified. As far as taste goes, it was awarded Superior Taste in 2017 by the International Taste & Quality Institute upon blind judgment of 135 chefs and sommeliers.

Newport Peach Workouts

Newport Peach is the newest boutique fitness venue in Orange County offering PEACHSTEP, a fresh, modern take on step aerobics combining classic step work, ballet work, mat Pilates, cardio bursts, ankle weights, hand weights and finishes with a great stretch. Set to an eclectic and energizing playlist, both novice and advanced students experience an uplifting, energizing and low impact workout that results in toned muscles, greater endurance and a better mood in a non-intimidating environment.

Other classes available include Buti Yoga, a calorie-scorching workout that combines power yoga with cardio intense tribal dance and body sculpting primal movement. There’s also Peachphysique, a full body 45-minute workout that combines cardio step warm up and continues with intervals of Kettle Ball strength training and Pilates mat work.

The founder, Nicole Kniss, and her team is part of what makes the studio so refreshing and unique. She’s a hilarious little energy powerhouse with a mission to create a friendly, positive workout community, and often is found teaching her method outside of the studio at various events through the county.

The studio is located in The Cove shopping center on PCH in Newport, which features a sweet little outdoor patio for after class socializing.
