Juice It Up! is celebrating its 20th anniversary with a FREE smoothie promotion on Tuesday, Aug. 4 from 9 to 11 a.m. All Juice It Up! locations will be giving guests a FREE small Strawberry Wave or the new California Cooler smoothie, with no purchase necessary.
The Strawberry Wave is a refreshing blend of Strawberry juice, non-fat yogurt, banana, and strawberries. The California Cooler is an invigorating blend of fresh cucumber, pineapple juice, lemonade, lime sherbet and pineapple.
Irvine based Juice It Up!, is a leading raw juice bar and hand-crafted smoothie franchise, specializes in delicious and functional fresh-squeezed juices, blended-to-order real fruit smoothies and nutrient-rich options such as Açaí and Pitaya Bowls.

Cast Your Golden Foodie Vote

Get ready to vote for OC’s best local chefs, libations and cuisine of chef driven and independent restaurants for the upcoming 4th annual Golden Foodie Awards celebrated on Sunday, Sept. 27 at the Fairmont Newport Beach.
The Golden Foodie voting season is a three-week opportunity starting Saturday, Aug. 1 through Friday Aug. 21 for you to vote for your favorites in each category.
During the first week (Saturday Aug. 1 – Friday, Aug. 7) of the voting season, the categories of best Cocktails, Bartender of the Year, Best Talk Radio Show, Best Food Writer, Best Sushi, Best Dessert, and Best Service Award will be up for votes. You can vote here.
The second week’s categories (Saturday, Aug. 8- Friday, Aug. 14) will be Best Indian, Best Mexican, Best Italian, Best French Cuisine, Best Asian, Best Mediterranean, Best Vegetarian will be up for votes.
Last but not least, the third week (Saturday, Aug. 15- Friday, Aug. 21) will include Best Beer Selection, Best Wine, Best Pizza, Best Steak and Best Burger.
At the end of each week, the top 3 nominees for each category will be announced via the Golden Foodie Awards Facebook. You can follow and stay connected for these announcements.
The culinary season will culminate with the Golden Foodie Awards gala affair at the Fairmont Newport Beach filled with guests indulging in scrumptious bites, libations and delicious desserts.
