Hoag for Her Center for Wellness

07.05.16

The recently opened Hoag for Her Center for Wellness in Newport Beach is the first of its kind concept in Southern California---a one-stop center for integrative therapies, specialize care and support services accessible for women of all ages.

Under one roof and in a beautiful location, women can come in for support services, assessment, education, guidance and medically based integrated care to help achieve their goal of excellent health.

The all-female team of specialists includes experts in women’s health, physical therapy, sexual health and intimacy, weight management, fitness, nutrition and acupuncture, guided imagery and massage therapy.

Through Hoag’s Womanology site you can discover and read more about the specialty services available. It’s a great resource for new moms, sexual health and integrated services.

There are some great classes and workshops available, too. You can attend a free meditation workshop, a relaxation class for pain management, and a small group Target GAL, an hour-long training session designed to target glutes, abs and legs.

They even offer a Hoag For Her Boutique, a curated collection of gifts and specialty items for new moms.

500 Superior Ave., Suite 315 in Newport Beach. 949.764.7277.
