Indulge in menu highlights such as Gnocchi Breakfast Carbonara, featuring gnocchi, double-smoked bacon, brown butter hollandaise, grana padano, cracked black pepper, raw yolk, and petite watercress. The Soul in a Bowl offers poached eggs, duck-fat fried herb potatoes, fresh local cheese curds, slow-cooked bacon lardons, and brown butter hollandaise. Try the Truffled Squash Benny, a tantalizing combination of braised butternut squash, truffle mushrooms, and brown butter hollandaise served on a butter croissant. And for a sweet delight, savor the Banana Cream Pie French Toast made with brioche, banana cream, fresh banana, toasted almonds, and fresh whipped cream.
To enhance the brunch experience, OEB offers breakfast cocktails, mimosas, beer, wine, coffee, teas, and smoothies, ensuring the perfect pairing for everyone's meal.
OEB Breakfast Co. operates from 7:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday to Friday and extends its hours to 7:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays.
