Treat Dad to a Whiskey Dinner at Henry’s Coastal Cuisine

Indulge Dad with a Whiskey Dinner this Father's Day at Henry's Coastal Cuisine. This picturesque oceanfront restaurant offers satisfying specials and a selection of fine whiskeys for Dad to enjoy.
On Sunday, June 18, Executive Chef Lewis Butler presents a Dad-worthy three-course dinner that can be paired with a WhistlePig Rye Whiskey Flight featuring four expressions. You can choose to order each course individually or opt for dishes from Henry's full dinner menu.
Father's Day Whiskey Dinner Menu:
- WhistlePig Rye Whiskey Flight: 6yr | 10yr | 12yr | 18yr
- Fig & Duck Prosciutto Salad: duck prosciutto, figs, gem lettuce, roasted garlic parmesan dressing, saba, toasted pine nuts, shaved parmesan
- French Onion Soup & Bone Marrow: six onions, toasted sourdough, white cheddar, roasted bone marrow, tomato gremolata
- Dry-Aged New York & Brown Butter Mash: pan-seared 6oz dry-aged New York steak, sautéed spinach, forest mushrooms, brown butter mashed potatoes, brown butter béarnaise
The three-course menu with the whiskey flight pairing is priced at $85.

Henry's Coastal Cuisine is located at 21100 Pacific Coast Highway in Huntington Beach. Dinner service hours are 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Wednesday and Thursday, 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Friday and Saturday, and 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Sunday (closed on Monday and Tuesday).
