Holy Grail of Tee’s!

LA-based Splendid, easily one of my favorite T-shirt brands, recently opened a store at Fashion Island that stocks all of the cult favorite collections: Splendid for women; Splendid Mills for men; Splendid Girl; and Splendid Littles, for babies — in an entire range of colors and styles.
The folks at Splendid took 10 years to find the softest fabrics and color-absorbing yarns in the world to create the ultimate tee before launching in 2002. Now the brand has expanded into an extensive collection of tanks, thermals, dresses, shorts and more. With each season, Splendid includes new silhouettes, new fabrics, and new lines.
The boutique boasts a green wall of living plants, floor-to-ceiling glass doors, European white oak floors, white lacquer shelves making the colors of the clothes the focal part of the store. Open 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Friday; 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday; 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday. 949.759.1743.

OC Screens “Coyote County Loser”

Two Orange County residents, producer Jacob Roebuck and director Jason Naumann are bringing “Coyote County Loser” to Triangle Square Cinemas tonight and Wednesday at 7:15 p.m. for a special engagement. Their independent romantic comedy caught some good festival attention including best comedy at Breckenridge Film Festival and it’s being released on DVD December 21.
Film supporters, friends and really anyone can catch the screening.
