Skip the cooking and let their dedicated staff treat you to a festive feast featuring traditional favorites and creative dishes, complemented by live music all evening at both restaurants.
Thanksgiving at Bayside Restaurant - Celebrating 25 years of exceptional service!
Bayside is giving thanks to its loyal Orange County guests with a special Thanksgiving dinner. Enjoy a chef-curated three-course menu, available from 12 p.m. to 9 p.m., with live music from 4 p.m. onward.
The menu includes:
- Starters: Autumn Harvest Salad or Butternut Squash Soup
- Main Course: Diestel Farms Oven-Roasted Organic Turkey served with Brioche Vegetable Herb Stuffing, Yukon Gold Mashed Potatoes, Pan Drippings Gravy, Roasted Vegetables, and Orange-Scented Cranberry Sauce
- Desserts: Pumpkin Pie or Butterscotch Budino
An a la carte menu is also available for those looking to explore beyond traditional holiday dishes. Children are welcome, with a special menu designed just for them.

Celebrate Thanksgiving in style at Bistango, where you can choose between the cozy dining room or the heated open-air patio. Guests will enjoy a three-course menu blending upscale sophistication with traditional holiday flavors.
The menu includes:
- Starters: Butternut Squash Soup or Roasted Pear Salad
- Main Course: Diestel Farms Organic Roasted Turkey with Apple Cranberry Walnut Stuffing, Mashed Potatoes, Roasted Brussels Sprouts, and Turkey Gravy
- Desserts: Creamy Pumpkin Cheesecake or Banana Pecan Bread Pudding

Parkers’ Lighthouse, the premier waterfront dining destination in Long Beach’s vibrant Shoreline Village, celebrates four decades of exceptional dining with a lineup of festive winter events and a special 40th Anniversary throwback menu for November and December. This iconic restaurant revives favorite dishes from its early years, crafted with a contemporary flair by the chef team, and offers an exclusive three-course Thanksgiving feast perfect for the season.
November Throwback Menu Throughout November, Parkers’ Lighthouse presents a selection of beloved classics.
Highlights include:
- Lunch Special – Parkers’ Deluxe Burger: A timeless favorite elevated with Monterey Jack cheese, sautéed mushrooms, crispy onions, and bourbon BBQ sauce.
- Appetizer – Rock Oysters: A signature take on Oysters Rockefeller, featuring oysters on the half shell topped with a decadent sauce and breadcrumbs, broiled to perfection.
- Entrée – Cedar Plank Roasted Salmon: Ocean trout roasted on a cedar plank, served with Bintje potatoes, haricot vert, dill beurre blanc, and smoked trout roe caviar.
- Dessert – Key Lime Pie: A deep-dish key lime pie with a graham cracker crust, topped with whipped cream and a raspberry coulis.
December Throwback Menu The anniversary celebration continues into December, with more iconic dishes available throughout the month:
- Lunch Special – Cajun Chicken & Shrimp Linguine: Served with red bell pepper, green onion, and Cajun cream sauce.
- Appetizer – Crab Stuffed Jumbo Shrimp: Plump shrimp wrapped with prosciutto, served in a rich lobster cream with a citrus and asparagus salad.
- Entrée – Surf n’ Turf Skewers: Grilled sirloin and shrimp skewers with eel sauce, sticky rice, cucumber, shiso, daikon sprouts, furikake, and bonito flakes.
