Parkers’ Lighthouse, the premier waterfront dining destination in Long Beach’s vibrant Shoreline Village, celebrates four decades of exceptional dining with a lineup of festive winter events and a special 40th Anniversary throwback menu for November and December. This iconic restaurant revives favorite dishes from its early years, crafted with a contemporary flair by the chef team, and offers an exclusive three-course Thanksgiving feast perfect for the season.
November Throwback Menu Throughout November, Parkers’ Lighthouse presents a selection of beloved classics.
Highlights include:
- Lunch Special – Parkers’ Deluxe Burger: A timeless favorite elevated with Monterey Jack cheese, sautéed mushrooms, crispy onions, and bourbon BBQ sauce.
- Appetizer – Rock Oysters: A signature take on Oysters Rockefeller, featuring oysters on the half shell topped with a decadent sauce and breadcrumbs, broiled to perfection.
- Entrée – Cedar Plank Roasted Salmon: Ocean trout roasted on a cedar plank, served with Bintje potatoes, haricot vert, dill beurre blanc, and smoked trout roe caviar.
- Dessert – Key Lime Pie: A deep-dish key lime pie with a graham cracker crust, topped with whipped cream and a raspberry coulis.
December Throwback Menu The anniversary celebration continues into December, with more iconic dishes available throughout the month:
- Lunch Special – Cajun Chicken & Shrimp Linguine: Served with red bell pepper, green onion, and Cajun cream sauce.
