Tackle Box Halloween Festivities

Tackle Box – OC’s favorite coastal pub – invites you to enjoy a weekend full of Halloween festivities, tasty brews, and discounts galore all weekend long beginning Thursday, October 24 through Sunday, October 27! 

The fun begins on Thursday with a Ninkasi Brewing Takeover from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. where guests will enjoy 25% off all burgers with a purchase of any Ninkasi beer.  Plus, the Ninkasi team will hold a hat giveaway beginning at 5 p.m. with other various “spin the wheel” prizes available throughout the evening. 

The next day on Friday, the fun continues with Tackle Box’s Friday Night Flights!  Cheers the end of your workweek and enjoy quality times with friends & family with $5 flights of beer from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m.  As an added bonus, you’ll receive a free appetizer with food purchase at an equal or lesser value. 

Then, get into the Halloween spirit on Saturday, from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m. with a special Saturday Night DJ Halloween Party!  While guest DJ’s play festive tunes, you’ll celebrate the season with 50% off all Margaritas and Micheladas and/or select beers for $5.  Be sure to come dressed in costume, because whoever comes in the best costume will receive a spook-tacular prize. 

End the weekend on a high note by celebrating American Beer Day on Sunday, October 27 with 50% off all beers on tap.  Available ALL DAY long from 10:30 a.m. to 8 p.m., this celebration is truly one you won’t want to miss.

Bistango Fall Art Exhibit Heralds Festive Holiday Season

Join Bistango as it welcomes its newest art exhibition at the Fall Art Show from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. October 26. Bistango proprietor John Ghoukassian and curator Antoinette Sullivan have partnered with Georgeana Ireland’s Newport Beach gallery, Ethos Contemporary Art for the restaurant-gallery’s newest collection of museum-quality art, which include 80 paintings, sculptures and photography.

Enjoy light bites and sips and view art from nationally and internationally acclaimed artists hand-selected by Sullivan and Ghoukassian, who are involved in every detail of the curation – from selection, to hangings of the paintings and placement of the sculptures. Bistango and Ghoukassian exemplify Bistango’s ethos – Dining as Art – bringing food and wine connoisseurs and art lovers together for more than 32 years in Orange County.
