Earthbar Pops Up in Santa Monica
08.12.20
Earthbar brings an all-new pop-up concept - Discovery Bar by Earthbar - to Santa Monica putting the menu power in the hands of guests as the brand expands its menu and prepares for upcoming growth throughout Southern California. The new Discovery Bar, a true community wellness project, located at 1426 Montana Avenue, will serve as the newest neighborhood spot to feed the physical body, and in turn the spirit and mind, with an innovative menu that guests can provide feedback on, as well as an uplifting mural created by local artist, July.
A health food institution in LA County for almost five decades, Earthbar brings Southern California the latest in clean food and beverages, vitamins and supplements through its West Hollywood heritage store, and its Brentwood, Santa Monica, and Downtown locations, as well as within its 28 locations in Equinox sports clubs.
Now, Discovery Bar doubles down on the company's mission of ‘empowering well-being’ through delicious food and art with this new concept, featuring innovative menu items, including toasts, waffles, paninis, superfood wellness lattes, herbal tinctures, supplements, vitamins, and wellness shots.
For the next few months, the new Montana Avenue pop-up will serve as an incubator for new menu items, driven directly by guest feedback. Discovery Bar customers can enjoy new items weekly, voting on each one as they are released, to have a direct effect on the future of the brand’s offerings. Discovery Bar will also be bringing in the latest in up-and-coming health, wellness and superfood brands. Keeping true to the company’s nutritional philosophy, all menu items will be at the cutting edge of nutritional innovation, botanically-inspired, and use mainly organic, always clean ingredients, while promoting stewardship of the earth’s natural resources.
Discovery Bar will be open from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. Guests can order safely online through the company’s app, or order in-person.
Discovery Bar by Earthbar is also planning a new location in Costa Mesa coming later this year.
