El Torito is offering a variety of options including a Holiday Feast To-Go feast that feeds up to 10 people and an Individual 3-Course Holiday Meal, perfect for those celebrating solo or in intimate groups. Guests can pick up their Holiday Feast To-Go ($150, serves 10) available for pickup through Dec. 25 with a 24-hour notice and includes large group sized portions of the following ready-to-eat items:
- choice of Chile Colorado or carnitas tray
- one dozen tamales – choose chicken, carnitas, or sweet corn in increments of six
- taco bar with all the fixings – choose two proteins of either chicken, steak, carnitas, or vegetables and fixings include refried beans, rice, corn & flour tortillas, pico de gallo, sour cream, jack cheese, and cabbage mix
- cheese enchiladas tray
- Mexican Caesar salad
- guacamole
- chips & salsa
- whole pecan pie
Individual 3-Course Holiday Meal ($26) is available for pickup on Dec. 25 and includes a Mexican Caesar salad, an entrée of either baked ham or tri-tip served with mashed potatoes, green bean casserole, apple-jalapeno stuffing, gravy, cranberry sauce, sweet corn cake, and cinnamon crisp cheesecake.
