Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach converted to Hauntington Beach

In celebration of Halloween, the oceanfront Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach Resort & Spa will be converted to Hauntington Beach with Halloween themed décor, lighting and activities and events throughout the grounds.
Here’s what’s happening for hotel guests:
Friday, October 30 – Halloween Dive-in Movie at Mankota’s Pool with Halloween s’mores and a Spooky signature cocktail for Mom’s and Dad’s. A costume contest for kids with prizes parents will love – spa treatments/dinner at Watertable and an overnight stay.
Saturday, October 31 - Cosmic Sliding at Slyder’s pool for Halloween night. It features a laser light show, fog machines and a playlist of Halloween themed music while the Nightmare before Christmas will be playing on screen. A complimentary Halloween s’mores roast for all and spooky cocktails for parents will be available at Slyder’s Bar.
Room rates start at $299 for a two-night stay.

OC Parks Spooky Series

OC Parks debuts Spooky Series, a frightfully fun week of virtual Halloween offerings happening on social media through October 31.
Tune in to OC Parks’ Facebook and Instagram for a daily series including Halloween-themed highlights from county parks and the OC Zoo, along with a bewitching Shakespearean scene filmed at Arden: Helena Modjeska Historic House and Gardens. The week of virtual programming will culminate with a rock-and-ghoul performance from local cover band, Past Action Heroes on Saturday, October 31 at 4 p.m.

- Thursday, October 29 – Throwback: A post from OC Parks’ past
