Spice Girl Sauces Introduces New Tomato Chutney
05.15.22
Following up on its debut sauce, Chef Shachi Mehra has introduced the 2nd sauce in her growing line of Spice Girl Sauces – Tomato Chutney, now available for purchase nationwide at spicegirlsauces.com
The new addition features bright, tangy, bold flavors – without any heat – a stark contrast to Spice Girl Sauces’ Original Hot Sauce, which launched last year.
“My new Tomato Chutney is meant to complement our Hot Sauce by presenting a very different, unique flavor profile,” commented Chef Shachi, whose newly released Tomato Chutney was recently featured in a collaboration pizza with locally noted CUCINA enoteca. “This sauce is very versatile and can be enjoyed anywhere you use ketchup, making it a perfect dipping sauce, or a welcome addition to your marinara sauce.”
Chef Shachi’s line of sauces are meant for everyday use on almost any type of food and works well with a wide variety of cuisines. With an authentic Indian soul, these sauces are made with only the best ingredients and currently consist of the following:
TOMATO CHUTNEY - This sauce features bold flavors and spices, without the heat! Bright and tangy, it is a long-lost relative of the ketchup family.
ORIGINAL HOT SAUCE - The first sauce to debut, this hot sauce highlights a bright, balanced complexity of flavors and slow-building heat level that will leave you craving more!
Both Spice Girl Sauces are now available for purchase online at spicegirlsauces.com.

05.15.22
Orange County’s award-winning Chef Rainer Schwarz was just named as the head chef of Emmitt’s Las Vegas restaurant and venue. Combining his unique Austrian roots with his classical training, Chef Rainer will be sure to bring his Southern California expertise to the Entertainment Capital of the World.
“I am beyond thrilled to join Emmitt’s team in creating a world-renowned destination for all things food and beverage,” said Chef Rainer. “We are in the process of creating a menu that is sure to reach flavor perfection, showcasing a delicious array of seasonal ingredients.”
