Tamarind of London’s EAT (RED) DRINK (RED) SAVE LIVES

For the entire month of June, Tamarind of London in Newport Beach will be joining restaurants, bars and food trucks across the world in the EAT (RED) DRINK (RED) SAVE LIVES campaign, spearheaded by Mario Batali, to help save lives and deliver the first AIDS Free Generation in over 30 years. Simply by ordering a limited-time (RED) dessert and cocktail all proceeds will benefit the Global Fund to fight AIDS.
The award-winning Indian cuisine restaurant, Tamarind of London, will offer two new limited-time (RED) menu items: the dessert will be a take on a classic; (RED) Velvet Cherry Cake with St. Germaine infused cream cheese frosting, a cherry glaze, and accented with dark cherry garnishes and white chocolate. You can also sip a (RED) Rose Petal Martini, while making a difference, made of of fresh red rose petals, vodka, lime and rose syrup.

Birthday Bash at The Blind Rabbit

The award-winning speakeasy bar, The Blind Rabbit hidden behind a wall of kegs at the Anaheim Packing House in Anaheim is turning one and celebrating in a big way on Saturday, May 30 by putting on two shows from 7 to 9 p.m. and 10 to midnight.
The birthday bash will feature Bobbi DeCarlo and The Starlites, singing favorite 1920's to 1940's music, magic featuring Jeremy Griffith and David Bonfadini, Iza la Vamp and her burlesque troop doing a little jig and other fun surprises.
Tickets cost $100 and are sold at the door of The Blind Rabbit. Complimentary punch bowls and charcuterie plates will be available for the first hour of each show.
