The Green Feast With Alice Waters

The much anticipated food event of the summer, The 8th Annual Green Feast, a farm-to-table fundraiser hosted by Chef Alice Waters is on Saturday, June 18 at The Ecology Center in San Juan Capistrano.
This year, The Ecology Center will be hosting two Green Feast dinners, one on June 18, 2016 with Alice Waters, renowned author, chef and founder of Edible Schoolyard Project and Chez Panisse, with a summer dinner prepared by Chez Panisse chefs. The second will be held on September 10, 2016 with top regional chefs, from San Diego to Los Angeles, coming together to create an inspiring, sustainable feast.
All proceeds from Green Feast will be directly invested into The Ecology Center’s eco-educational programs and initiatives.
Individual tickets for Green Feast with Alice Waters are available to The Ecology Center members for $500 per guest and can be purchased here.
Annual membership for The Ecology Center starts at $50 for a full year of benefits.

The Final Golden Chef Series

The finale of the Golden Chef Series will be celebrated on Saturday, June 18 at 2 p.m. at the Irvine Spectrum with chef Josh LaQuet, Brio Tuscan Grille and chef Alejandro Benes, Wood Ranch BBQ & Grill. Tickets are available here.
There is plenty of seating and shade provided, along with a fresh berry bar by Melissa's Produce and cold water. TV screens and high top tables are available for all to enjoy the demos free of charge! For those that want a VIP experience tickets can be purchased for $25 here.
The Golden Chef Series is hosted by Wing Lam, co-founder of Wahoo’s Fish Taco’s, along with co-host Charlie Plummer and co-host Tony Reverditto.
Irvine Spectrum is at 670 Spectrum Center Drive in Irvine.
