Food, Friends, & Lakefront Fireworks at The Blind Pig!

Celebrate our country’s independence on a lake with a front row seat to the fireworks. The critically-acclaimed Rancho Santa Margarita-based restaurant The Blind Pig Kitchen + Bar will be hosting its annual 4th of July celebration! The bar opens at noon for those who want to begin celebrating right away with food options from their sister restaurant, The Trough. The full dinner menu, featuring dishes like their wild boar meatballs, braised short rib tacos, and lobster roll, will begin at 4 p.m., in addition to some Independence Day specials.

Mojito Mondays at Habana Irvine

Habana and the Irvine Spectrum will be hosting Mojito Mondays every Monday in July! Indulge in a freshly prepared Mojitos (Bacardi Rum, fresh mint, muddled lime) and Cuban-inspired samples courtesy of Habana, as well as enjoy unlimited rides on the Giant Wheel from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. After a few spins, guests are welcome to take their Mojito Monday ticket over to Habana and claim a complimentary appetizer with the purchase of any entreé! Bring the whole family to enjoy this spirited summer affair.
