Girls Inc. of Orange County: My Virtual Reality Luncheon
10.12.20
The strong, smart, and bold young women in our community have faced a number of challenges as a result of this year’s unpredictable events. Luckily, there’s a way to invest in their futures and support academic programs without leaving your home! Join Girls Inc. of Orange County at 12 p.m. on Friday, October 16 for the nonprofit’s “My Virtual Reality” Luncheon.
This live stream event will feature (for the first time ever) Girls Inc. girl host, Bella, a sixteen-year-old advocate and ambassador, an online auction, and the chance to virtually meet other strong, smart, and bold girls who participate in Girls Inc. of Orange County programming. These girls will engage with the audience and share their inspiring ‘virtual reality’ stories. All attendees will also receive a delicious, celebrity chef and locally-inspired lunch delivered right to your door to enjoy while viewing the event.
Co-Chairs Janet and Mike Michels and Chef Jamie Gwen join the Girls Inc. girls through this inspirational, must-watch luncheon as the community comes together to help Girls Inc. meet its fundraising goal. It is because of generous donors like you, that the organization has been able to stay successful providing these girls with the best of the best in virtual academic programming, but we can’t stop here!
In addition to bidding on unique items and experiences, you can feel empowered knowing that your contribution will help support the girls in our community who need it most.
