11.20.23
Veggie Grill, the pioneer of better-for-you fast-casual dining celebrated for its plant-powered protein offerings since 2006, is thrilled to embrace the holiday season with two exclusive limited-time menu additions perfectly suited for the approaching colder months: the Turk’y Cranwich and Harvest Mushroom Stew. These enticing options are now available at all 17 Veggie Grill locations nationwide until December 31, showcasing the brand's unwavering commitment to delicious plant-based alternatives and irresistibly comforting cuisine.
In a groundbreaking collaboration with the innovative koji-meat company, Prime Roots®, Veggie Grill introduces the Turk’y Cranwich. This delectable creation boasts Prime Roots' Cracked Black Pepper Koji-Turkey, accompanied by cranberry aioli, rich "turkey" gravy, homemade cranberry stuffing, crisp lettuce, and ripe tomato, all lovingly encased between two slices of grilled sourdough bread. Prime Roots' Koji-Turkey deli meat is a remarkable concoction crafted exclusively from mycelium mushrooms, and it proudly embodies Veggie Grill's promise of providing health-conscious, plant-powered alternatives. It's nitrate-free, gluten-free, soy-free, cholesterol-free, and non-GMO, aligning seamlessly with Veggie Grill's mission of offering wholesome plant-powered options.
For those seeking an extra dose of seasonal coziness, the Harvest Mushroom Stew awaits. This hearty and flavorsome dish features a delightful mix of tempeh, Fable™ mushrooms, russet potatoes, carrots, yellow onions, celery, and a fragrant blend of rosemary and thyme.
Back in 2006, amidst an industry saturated with fast food and processed meats, Veggie Grill embarked on a noble quest to create a menu filled with feel-good food accessible to all. With a core focus on health-driven, plant-powered ingredients, Veggie Grill's offerings boast generous servings of protein, fiber, healthy fats, and, importantly, no cholesterol, antibiotics, GMOs, or hormones. Their menu empowers patrons to embrace nutritious options through nourishing bowls and salads while savoring the comfort of plant-powered burgers and sandwiches. Whether your cravings lean towards protein sourced from beans, lentils, tofu, tempeh, nuts, and seeds or you prefer plant-based chicken and beef, Veggie Grill caters to all tastes with a delicious and convenient menu that's sure to delight everyone.
