Exclusive Sips at the Red Room
12.20.16
Looking for a private spot to meet up for classic cocktails in a “speakeasy” setting? At Holiday in Costa Mesa, the classic bar and live entertainment establishment, there’s a new Red Room, a bar within a bar.
Like Holiday, it also offers its own signature cocktail list with exclusive libations and rare spirits.
You can enter the Red Room through its own entrance outside and within Holiday’s main lounge. It’s also perfect for private events, viewing parties and serves as an extension of the main Holiday space.
The Red Room’s cocktail program includes the Chili Chaplin with St. George Green Chili Vodka, fresh lime, muddled cucumbers and jalapenos, topped with ginger beer, served in a copper mug. The Red Betty features Tito’s Handmade Vodka, muddled strawberries, fresh squeezed lime juice, cane sugar, and fresh basil served up. Down the Rabbit Hole fuses Suerte Reposado Tequila, muddled pineapple, fresh lime, and agave nectar served in a bucket glass.
The Red Room at Holiday is among one of the few establishments in Orange County serving Henebery Whiskey. The Elder Fashion features Henebery infused rye whiskey, muddled orange juice and Luxardo cherry, splash of bitter, and cane sugar served in a bucket glass.
Holiday and its Red Room can take you back to a classic environment with a bar program that offers a robust list of 1920s and 30s craft cocktails that have been re-envisioned with a modern edge. With live entertainment and unique events nightly, Holiday is the ideal option for special occasions of all kinds. For more information visit HolidayCM.com.
Holiday/Red Room are open 5 p.m to 2 a.m. Thursday through Saturday; 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday.
719 W. 19th St. in Costa Mesa.
