Advanced structural massage therapy by Susan Hart
01.20.17
If you’re looking for a unique and expert massage therapist, who specializes in your body mechanics and uses a gentle, but deep tissue tool, a Gua Sha, look no further than Susan Hart at The Laguna Canyon Spa in Laguna Beach.
Hart is founder of “The Hart Method,” she’s a bodyworker who created a form of structural integration bodywork called advanced structural massage therapy—she’s on a mission to share her expertise and knowledge of this life-changing ancient art. She’s influenced and a huge fan of Dr. Ida Rolf, who developed Structural Integration, a type of bodywork that focuses on the connective tissue; and Dr. Moshe Feldenkrais Ph.D., who developed the Feldenkaris Method by studying the direct relationship between body movement and the ways we think, feel and act in the world.
After one session, you will feel so relaxed, and movement, breathing and good posture will be more effortless.
Hart prefers to work on clients for 90 minutes to really get the entire treatment. If you have touch up issues, you can go in for one hour, and there are even two hour massage services. To find our more, you can text or call Susan Hart at 949.303.8516.
Open 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Sunday.
Laguna Canyon Spa is at 3295 Laguna Canyon Road in Laguna Beach.
