Easter Brunch and Artistic Easter Eggs at The Ritz-Carlton

In celebration of spring, The Ritz-Carlton, Laguna Niguel introduces four incredible, non-edible Easter eggs, each individually painted by a local artist including Trevor Mezak, James Galindo, Robin Hiers, and Kym de los Reyes. The giant hand crafted eggs make the perfect backdrop for a springtime family portrait. You can stop by the resort anytime to see these brightly decorated eggs on display at the entrance through Sunday, April 23.
The Ritz-Carlton, Laguna Niguel is preparing a lavish Easter Brunch on Sunday, April 16. Brunch will feature a display of freshly made salads, cheeses, ham and roast beef carving stations, chilled seafood, sushi and other savory selections. Traditional breakfast items such as eggs Benedict, waffles, and made-to-order omelets will be available, as well as a delectable dessert buffet to top off the celebration. You can also enjoy live entertainment and a special appearance by the Easter Bunny.
Easter Brunch is $118 per person and will be served from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Valenza Chocolatier Easter Pop Up Shop!

Valenza Chocolatier is offering its festive Easter Collection at an Easter Pop Up Shop on Thursday, April 13 from noon to 6 p.m. at The Hood Kitchen Space in Costa Mesa. The artisan Easter Collection features Easter eggs of all sizes; solid mini eggs availbale in four flavors; delicious PB+C eggs, two half eggs filled with Velenza Chocolatier's award winning PB+C Bar ganache and then packaged together as one egg, and The Egg, a one pound Valenza Chocolatier masterpiece honoring Italian Easter traditions.
Valenza's award winning Caramellos and Tartarughe will also be available in singles and five-piece quantities. Wants a vegan option? You can also try their delicious chocolate figs.
