Italian Retreat – Tuscan, Healing Experience with Stacey Robbins
08.09.17
Have you ever dreamed of getting away for a Italian vacation to Tuscany complete with yoga, meditation, a personal chef specializing in grain-free, dairy-free, and 5 day tours. All set in a stunning villa in Tuscany?
You can join a dream-like trip on October 22-29, 2017 entitled the Italian Retreat – Tuscan, Healing Experience with Stacey Robbins in the Tuscan Region of Italy in a charming town called Buonconvento; which literally means “Happy Place”. The village is south of the amazing town of Siena and the villa is absolutely beautiful! There are only a few more spaces left!
You will enter a beautiful villa, greeted with a warm reception of local wines and aperitivo at our Welcome Reception — where you will meet the other extraordinary ladies you will be spending the week with while you nosh on yummy bites and take in a gorgeous view.
You will spend the mornings in journaling, yoga, and meditation before your daily events. The days will have a beautiful balance and pace — with healing rhythms that honor our body and soul.
You will alternate between a day tour to Siena, a day in Florence, a vineyard/wine tasting, a market day, and some other surprises we have planned.
Yoga, Meditation, and Group Sessions
These will be the healing practices for you to participate in as often as you would like. They will be focused on your well-being, health and on moving toward your dreams and desires.
Tours and Excursions
The driver/tour guide will take you on delightful excursions throughout the week: Florence, market tours, local villages, and wine tasting/vineyard tour.
Transportation to/from Buonconvento*
The goal is to get to Buonconvento.
If you fly in through Rome, you will take a train up to Buonconvento. If you fly in through Florence or Pisa you will take a train down to Buonconvento. (I will provide more information on taking the trains in Italy — it is easy. The distance/time is similar.) A driver/escort will meet you on October 22nd at the train station in Buonconvento to take you to our villa..
On October 29, 2017 in the morning, there will be one scheduled driver/escort who will take you to Buonconvento to catch the train to your destination for your returning flight or to continue on with your next destination. If you miss either one of those transports, you will have to make separate arrangements for your own transportation.
What is included?
Meals and Wine
Your food will be prepared, allergy-free, by the wonderful chef and restaurant owner, Michelle Retik, of Squirrel and the Bee in Short Hills, NJ. All of your meals at the villa are included, as well as the meals on our day tours that you would like to enjoy. Extra meals and treats outside of those are not included. Gelato tastings are a high priority and I highly recommend enjoying them often while we’re out! On your Registration Form will be a place for you to put your allergies and food sensitivities so that our chef can be prepared.
