NYE at Water Grill

Water Grill, noted as one of the best seafood restaurants in Southern California, plans to ring in the New Year with a live band, dancing, photobooth, menu specials (Spiny Lobster Risotto with 6oz grilled tenderloin) and a midnight champagne toast! December 31 (until midnight!)
King’s Seafood’s, the company’s private seafood distribution operation based in Santa Ana provides all the seafood for Water Grill’s menu. Menus are crafted daily to account for freshly caught fish and seasonal culinary changes for Water Grill guests to enjoy. Water Grill prides itself on offering a wide variety of fin fish, oysters, crustaceans, and shellfish.
Water Grill’s extensive menu includes a raw bar and chilled shellfish selection of both Pacific and Eastern oyster varieties, as well as clams, scallops, lobster, and crab. Available in three sizes, the Iced Shellfish Platters provide an incredible sampling of chilled shellfish.
The exhibition kitchen showcases large sea water tanks displaying the ever-changing assortment of live products including Wild Barents Sea Red King Crab, Washington State Dungeness Crab, Santa Barbara Spot Prawns and local Spiny Lobster.

NYE Champagne and Bites at Farmhouse

Farmhouse owner and executive chef Rich Mead is hosting a special New Year’s Eve celebration on December 31 from 6 – 10 p.m. Enjoy a Champagne toast in the beautiful terrace overlooking the scenic garden below with gourmet bites and a festive photo booth to capture the memory.
Each New Year’s Eve ticket purchased includes a glass of Champagne and a signature New Year’s Eve cocktail, a selection of highly curated cheese and charcuterie with an assortment of crudité and access to the Farmhouse photo booth in the beautiful garden setting. Dinner reservations may be made separately.
NEW YEAR’S EVE PARTY MENU BITES:
Cheese, Charcuterie and Crudité
An assortment of hand-selected cheeses, cured meats and seasonal vegetables accompanied by lightly toasted bread from Rye Goods Co. along with nuts, fresh and dried fruits and chutney. Highlighting Farmhouse’s signature cheese: Alpenblumen, a firm but creamy gruyere style cow’s milk cheese produced in Austria and covered with local, edible flowers.

A festive, surprise cocktail hand-crafted for the occasion by Anthony Laborin, head of Cocktail R&D
Cost is $50 per person. *Each ticket purchase includes two drink tickets, appetizers, unlimited photo booth photos, tax, and gratuity. Dinner reservations to be arranged separately.
