Shawna Rust, a fitness chef based in Orange County will be at West Elm at South Coast Plaza on Saturday from 2 to 4 p.m. demonstrating simple tricks to create healthy and satisfying meals. During the cooking demo you can enter to win a complimentary day of signature meals delivered right to you.
Shawna’s namesake brand offers a custom meal plan service for clients who value proper nutrition, delicious, high quality food and reliable service.

New York based swimwear, accessories and jewelry designer, Tiffany Chou is known for her sea-inspired designs that can easily be worn everyday.
Her newest "Sail Away" collection is available locally at Newport Colony Company at Fashion Island, and at the Aquarium of the Pacific in Long Beach. Her signature design aesthetic features stackable cuffs and bangles, bracelets, charming stud earrings, dainty necklaces and skinny rings that range from $25 - $110.
