The quintessential gourmet waffle eatery, Bruxie, is opening its fifth location today at 8 a.m. in Huntington Beach. The restaurant has a loyal following of fans regularly craving Bruxie’s savory and sweet gourmet waffle sandwiches since its flagship location debuted three years in Old Towne Orange.
The Huntington Beach Bruxie is at The Strand on 5th, one block from Main and Pacific Coast Highway; and in early May its first Bruxie Streetside, a walk-up window, will be open from 7 a.m. for shakes, floats, desserts and beverages.
