The Capital Grille will be featuring a three-course holiday brunch menu from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Enjoy a choice of soup or salad, followed by an entrée choice of Lobster Frittata, Dry Ages Sirloin with Fried Egg, Filet Mignon or Pan seared Salmon. For dessert, choose from a Flourless Chocolate Espresso Cake, Classic Creme Brûlée or Seasonal Berries in Vanilla Cream. Fresh squeezed juices, tea, coffee and soda are also included. Pinot Provence features a French inspired, three-course prix-fixe Easter Sunday Brunch with choices from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. The appetizer course offers selections such as, Mushroom and Parmesan Bisque, Foie Gras Terrine and Asparagus Gratin.
