Whether you’re an aspiring foodie or culinary master, SOCO Collection is Orange County’s favorite dining destination for gourmet cuisine, tasty snacks, and everything in between! On April 16, SOCO and The OC Mix’s award-winning eateries are joining forces for the first time ever in a one night-only food and wine tasting extravaganza: SOCO Uncorked.
Set in SOCO’s open-air courtyard, SOCO Uncorked will feature delicious bites from more than a dozen of Orange County’s hottest restaurants including Pueblo, Taco Maria, Portola Coffee, Shuck Oyster Bar, ST Patisserie Chocolat, and The OC Mix’s newest arrival, Bistro Papillote. With each bite, guests will also enjoy a wide range of inspired wine pairings from more than 30 producers from around the world – all curated by LCA Wine at SOCO's own sommelier, Nancy Milby.
Tickets are available online for $80, and a percentage of each ticket purchase will benefit Project Hope Alliance and their mission to end cycle of homelessness for Orange County families.
For a more exclusive experience, VIP tickets are available for $120, which includes general admission plus a pre-tasting event. VIP guests will have their choice of a wine tasting with Master Sommelier, Peter Neptune, at Neptune School of Wine at SOCO or a three-course cooking demo with ARC’s award-winning chef Noah Blöm at Surfas Culinary District.
