You can also search our archives for other great ideas, but these are the freshest picks. And, from all of us at Greer’s OC we’re wishing you the very best holiday season. Now let’s shop:

And Surf & Sand gift cards can be used throughout the property, so they’re the perfect gift no matter who you’re shopping for.
2. The Bose SoundLink Color Bluetooth speaker. Why we love it? It's small, rugged, portable and comes in your choice of blue, black, mint, red, white and blue. But best of all, it delivers lifelike sound. It’s just a better way to listen to music from your smartphone or tablet. $129.95 Available at Bose at Fashion Island. 949.219.9900.
3. Dinner at Mastro’s. It’s is the perfect location (Costa Mesa and Newport Beach) for an unforgettable holiday meal to wow your loved ones, and for the first time, Mastro’s will be open on Christmas Day! Sizzling steaks, perfectly chilled bottle of champagne, a seafood tower with enchanting dry ice, decadent sides such as lobster mashed potatoes, beloved Signature Butter Cake al a mode – it’s what holiday wish lists are made of. Mastros’s Steakhouse in Costa Mesa. 714.546.7405. Mastro’s Ocean Club in Newport Beach. 949.376.6990
4. We discovered these Cleobella Mexicana painted wallets at Modern Romance at Fashion Island. Turns out they come in an array of great colors (oxblood is our fave) and the price is right! $138. Plus, all of Cleobella's products handmade in Bali. They are committed to sustainable manufacturing practices and celebrate traditional craftsmen techniques. Extra fabrics and leathers are donated to local Balinese charities. Cleobella also has its own boutique in Sunset Beach. 562.310.2911.
5. British watch brand, Shore Projects, just launched in USA at Nordstrom and Bloomingdales. Shore Projects is a watch brand inspired by the beauty and lifestyle of British seaside. Started by a group of friends who noticed that none of them actually wore watches, so they created a simple, timeless watch easy to swap straps on a daily basis. The look of the watch can change in just a few seconds. The leather on the straps is of the finest quality sourced from Italy and all are waterproofed to 325ft.
6. Stuart Weitzman The 5050 Boot. There’s a reason no one can imitate these boots, somehow the folks at Stuart Weitzman designed an amazing combo of micro stretch and nappa leather or kidskin suede that gives a sleek look and fits most everyone. For more than 20 years, this iconic over-the-knee boot boasts a cult-like following and it never goes out of style, or on sale. $655. We love.
7. The Barefoot Contessa: Ina Garten’s cookbooks. As the mom of four boys, I can attest to the fact that Ina Garten’s cookbooks are the absolute best. All of her recipes are simple and delicious and even if you’re not a cook, you can easily be a great one! Ina Garten’s last cookbook was “Make it Ahead,” and all of her nine books are equally great. Just in the last week, I made tres leches cake with berries and Pastitsio from “Make it Ahead” and they were my boys’ new favorites. Learn more about Ina Garten’s cookbooks here.
8. Kleen Kanteen. Enough with the plastic water bottles already. Invest in Kleen Kanteen stainless steel bottles and you can help do your part in reducing excess plastic waste. They are even making stainless steel growlers for beer-lovers. They are beautifully designed and built to last. Kleen Kanteen 64 oz. growlers are timeless, practical and offer safe transport for green juice, water, wine, kombucha, or cold-brewed coffee. The dark amber color is beautiful.
9. Tickets to see legendary singer-songwriter David Crosby performing an intimate solo acoustic for the first time on tour. Crosby comes to the Renée and Henry Segerstrom Concert Hall on Saturday, March 5 at 8 p.m. The show will feature repertoire spanning Crosby’s entire career, including new songs from his critically-acclaimed 2014 solo album, Croz, and his 1971 solo debut, If I Could Only Remember My Name, as well as selections from The Byrds, Crosby, Stills & Nash, and Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young.
10. Saltwater Luxe, a new luxury beachwear clothing line is sold online and in Orange County boutiques--Stitch & Feather in Seal Beach and Fullerton, and Hidden Jewel in Costa Mesa. The designers, Christa and Kristy, branched out from major Orange County brands — including RipCurl and Billabong — to start their own line. The collection features one of a kind textures, limited edition fabrics, and hand-sewn feminine embellishments that are the signatures that bring individual character to every piece.
