Baltaire kicks off Super Bowl Sunday with a feast celebrating football’s biggest night. For the perfect at-home football party, Baltaire offers Super Bowl packages for four, with FLINT by Baltaire-inspired platter options including the Mezze Platter, Burrata & Prosciutto Platter, Wood Grilled Lamb Chop Platter, and the Spicy Lamb Meatball Platter. The Brentwood-based restaurant also offers a Whole Roasted Mary’s Chicken dinner with Lebanese tomato salad, lemon, and zhoug, along with items to grill at home including the Butchered Burger and Center Cut Filets with Baltaire’s signature steak sauce and seasoning. Guests can also indulge in Burnt Basque Cheesecake or Bourbon Bread Pudding for dessert, along with a variety of wine bottle packages giving access to Baltaire’s wine cellar.
