Have you always dreamed of entering the nonprofit sector for a rewarding career, yet need to learn more? Or, are you working for a nonprofit as a staff member or a volunteer and want to enhance and improve your knowledge and skills? You’re in luck, UCI Division of Continuing Education is offering online Nonprofit Management courses for nonprofit staff members and development staff, volunteer coordinators, and career changers who are looking to enter the nonprofit sector. 

The Nonprofit Management Specialized Studies program is designed to help you take a more proactive approach to the organizational needs and activities of both large and small nonprofit organizations. 

After completion of the program, you will have the knowledge base and skills to contribute to high-functioning nonprofit teams and productive fundraising operations.

Program Benefits include:
• Identifying and defining organizational goals, and how those goals align to mission, vision, organizational ethics and deliverables for success.
• Defining various fundraising models and formulating plans for the identification of funding streams and sources.
• Implementing strategic financial management practices germane to nonprofit resource administration and reporting.
• Analyzing the viability of new fundraising initiatives and their potential for success
• Implementing leadership strategies specific to fundraising and nonprofit teams.
