Savor Easter Sunday at These South Coast Plaza Restaurants

South Coast Plaza will be closed in observance of Easter Sunday, but many of its acclaimed restaurants will be open, offering curated brunches, seasonal specials, and à la carte menus. A dozen restaurants will welcome guests with menus created expressly for the holiday.

The Capital Grille – Celebrate Easter with a two-course prix fixe brunch at The Capital Grille, beginning with a basket of warm, housemade blueberry bread. Starters include New England clam chowder, field greens salad, or cold-smoked salmon and avocado toast.

Brunch entrée options include lobster frittata with butter-poached lobster tails, truffle hollandaise, and asparagus; or an 8-ounce center-cut filet mignon with a soft fried egg, truffle hollandaise, asparagus, and white cheddar hash brown. For a lighter selection, choose the pan-seared salmon with citrus crab salad and red chili vinaigrette. The restaurant’s full dinner menu is also available.

The children’s brunch includes fresh fruit, a choice of chicken fingers, mini cheeseburgers, mac and cheese, classic French toast, or scrambled eggs with cheese—all served with sides and finished with ice cream.

Hours: 10 a.m.–9:30 p.m. (Brunch served 10 a.m.–2 p.m.)
Pricing: $60 prix fixe; $17 children’s brunch; dinner priced à la carte

Pair brunch with a strawberry-hibiscus margarita.

Seasons 52 also offers its popular Easter Green Box to-go, featuring honey-glazed spiral ham, cedar plank-roasted salmon, or wood-grilled beef tenderloin. Meals include salad, roasted French green beans, sweet potato mash with maple-pecan streusel, and six Mini Indulgences. Meals are picked up chilled to warm and serve at home.
