ClubSport Debuts New High-End Recovery Amenities in Time for the Holiday Season

ClubSport in Aliso Viejo is helping Orange County stay active and recover smarter this holiday season with major wellness upgrades. The club has revitalized its training spaces and refreshed its private steam rooms, dry saunas, and whirlpools. The biggest news is four new recovery amenities that give members a full range of high-end restorative treatments.

New Recovery Amenities

LightStim Red Light Bed and ProPanel
The FDA-cleared LightStim Red Light Bed delivers full-body red and infrared LED therapy to help relieve muscle and joint pain, improve circulation, reduce inflammation, and support natural collagen production. Each session includes the LightStim ProPanel for targeted facial treatment that refines pores, reduces fine lines, and evens skin tone. The LightStim membership is available as a discounted monthly add-on for ClubSport members, as a stand-alone membership for non-members, or as a drop-in treatment. It is a great holiday gift idea for anyone who wants more relaxation and wellness in their routine.

CryoLounge+ Chair
This advanced chair combines targeted cold therapy and soothing heat to reduce soreness and ease joint discomfort. It is designed to speed up post-workout recovery and is free for ClubSport members. Drop-in use is also available at R Spa.

HydroMassage Lounge
Members can enjoy a fully customizable warm water massage without changing clothes. The HydroMassage improves circulation, eases stress, and relaxes muscles before or after a workout. It is free for ClubSport members and available on a drop-in basis at R Spa.

Therabody RecoveryAir Compression

Recover faster using dynamic air pressure to boost circulation, reduce swelling, and ease muscle fatigue. Available at R Spa for ClubSport members free or $15 for guests and non-members, with optional LightStim ProPanel sessions for targeted recovery and anti-aging benefits.

Renaissance ClubSport in Aliso Viejo brings together a premier fitness club, a boutique hotel, a day spa, a full-service restaurant, and an aquatics center in one location. ClubSport includes expansive strength and cardio areas, functional training zones, basketball and pickleball courts, a 25-yard heated lap pool, and more than 95 weekly group fitness classes. Hotel guests and members can enjoy fresh California dining at Citrus Fresh Grill and Market, relax at R Spa, and unwind in resort-style outdoor spaces.
