Hot Chicken Fever continues to spread across SoCal! Spice-C is the latest fast-casual concept to specialize in hot chicken and it just opened at the District at Tustin Legacy. Spice-C’s menu is simple: hot chicken tenders and sandwich combos, with traditional sides. Fresh chicken that’s never frozen is marinated and fried to crispy golden perfection.
Guests can choose from five levels of heat, ranging from Mild to Medium, to Hot and Extra Hot – and for serious hotheads, there’s the guaranteed eye-watering “Reaper” level of heat. Naked or no heat chicken tenders are also available. Sides include creamy coleslaw, mac & corn salad, fries, Kosher pickles, and comeback sauce.
Spice-C is located next to AMC Tustin 14. Operating hours will be 11:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. In light of current state mandates, Spice-C will be open for takeout and several tables have been set up outside the restaurant for al fresco dining.
