
Images Salon in Corona del Mar is celebrating its 10th Annual Cut-A-Thon Sunday for Childhelp. Last year, this award-winning salon (Voted Color Salon of the Year by Elle Magazine, and Best Salon in Newport Beach two years in a row by the Orange County Register) raised $20,000 in one day with $45 haircuts.
Images’ stylist will be coming into work Sunday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. to raise money for abused children on their day off. All proceeds will go directly to Childhelp’s group home in Orange County.
So book an appointment now, you’ll go home with a great haircut and help improve the lives of children. You’ll also have an opportunity to bid on silent auction packages and purchase raffle tickets for incredible items. All appointments must be pre-paid.

5-Day Fiesta!
Celebrate SOL Mexican Cocina’s five-day fiesta starting Sunday through Thursday withmargaritas and nightly Baja culinary favorites for just $5.50. The specials – all SOL’s best-sellers –are available at dinner (5 p.m. to close; dine-in only) and lead up to two year anniversary bash from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. Thursday.
At the birthday celebration, enjoy a complimentary Partida house margarita with every order of Chef Deborah Schneider’s tres lobster tacos entrée (only $15, until lobster runs out).
