
Winter flavors are abundant at Lido Bottle Works where Chef Amy Lebrun showcases local and sustainable ingredients perfectly paired with specialty craft beer, wine, and cocktails. She just debuted a winter season menu, she’s offering Christmas Eve dinner to go, and you can give the gift of Lido Bottle Works with gift cards.
Chef Amy is making the most of the season. She’s added delicious new dishes and Lido Bottle Works offers takeout and you can enjoy picnic-style tables (that are available to sit at with takeout from Lido Bottle Works).
New dishes include:
- Potato Chorizo Croquettes with Poblano Romesco and Manchego
- Burrata with Pear and Winter Squash Puree and Sage
- Cauliflower & Carrots with Chili Tahini, Chimichurri and Pine Nuts
- Dry- Aged Pork Chop with Smoked Squash, Pickled Pears, and Charred Greens
- Lamb Ribeye with Caramelized Yogurt, Leek Ash, and Butter Poached Turnips
- Wagyu Short Rib with Celery Root Puree, Preserved Lemon Gremolata
