This Valentine’s Day, celebrate your love at one of Orange County’s most popular coastal restaurants, Luciana’s Ristorante. The authentic Italian restaurant offers a romantic ambiance with its inviting dining room and heated outdoor dining in its terrazzo.
Starting at 4:30 p.m. on February 14, Luciana’s will offer a four-course Valentine’s Day including an Antipasti course of Buratta with prosciutto, capicola, fig jam, and crostini; Primi (a choice of the first course) of Insalata di Caesar (crisp romaine hearts, Ceasar dressing, shaved parmesan cheese served with parmesan crostini) or Insalata di Arugula (apples, cranberries, candied walnuts, pecorino cheese, and lemon herb vinaigrette.
For Secondo (choice of an entrée or second course) of Carré di Agnello (New Zealand rack of lamb grilled with pancetta balsamic rosemary honey glaze, served with chef’s vegetables), Filetto di Manzo (grilled filet mignon with a cabernet peppercorn demi-glaze served with chef’s vegetables), Pappardelle Osso Bucco (braised Osso Bucco in its own juice, tossed with fresh pappardelle), Double Bone-in Pork Chop (grilled in a brown butter sage brandy sauce, served with chef’s vegetables),
Lobster Ravioli (homemade Lobster Ravioli in a white wine sauce topped with sautéed shrimp),
Frutti di Mare Linguine (linguine pasta with shrimp, scallops, and salmon in a garlic Pomodoro sauce), or Swordfish (grilled, with a citrus champagne reduction sauce, and watercress chimichurri served with chef’s vegetables.)
A choice of Dolce (dessert) includes White Chocolate Cheesecake (topped with mixed berries in a rum sauce), Cremoso al Cioccolato (chocolate mousse on a sponge cake base with a heart of creamy chocolate, topped with chocolate flakes), or Spumoni Bomba (strawberry, pistachio and chocolate gelato all coated with chocolate and drizzled with white chocolate and raspberry sauce.)
Luciana’s Valentine’s Day menu is $85.00 per person, excluding tax and gratuity.
Celebrating its 40th anniversary this year, Luciana’s Ristorante is run by second-generation restaurateur Jorge Luhan, Jr. A mainstay of the Orange County dining scene, Luciana’s is known for its warm ambiance, authentic cuisine, and an extensive list of fine wines from Italy, California, and other respected wine regions.
