Georgia’s Restaurant Debuts at Irvine Spectrum, Serving Southern Soul Food

Georgia’s Restaurant is excited to announce the opening of its fourth Southern California location at Irvine Spectrum Center. Known for its authentic Southern cuisine, Georgia’s has been serving up family recipe-driven soul food to Orange County for a decade.

Originally founded in Anaheim in 2014, Georgia’s was born from the dream of sharing Gretchen Shoemaker's beloved recipes. Now, with three successful locations, the new Irvine Spectrum spot continues the tradition of serving Southern comfort food that warms the soul.

The menu features a variety of Southern classics, including Fried Green Tomatoes, Pulled Pork Sliders, and the signature Fried Chicken. Guests can also enjoy dishes like St. Louis BBQ Ribs, Black Angus Tri-Tip, and Creole-seasoned Fried Catfish, all accompanied by a selection of soulful sides.

Don’t miss dessert—favorites like Peach Cobbler, Sweet Potato Pie, and made-to-order Beignets are the perfect way to end your meal. Plus, enjoy a range of beverages, from signature sangria to craft beer.

Georgia’s Restaurant at Irvine Spectrum Center offers a taste of Southern hospitality, where every dish is made with love and care. Come experience the new location and enjoy the flavors of home-cooked Southern soul food.

Georgia's Restaurant is expected to open at Irvine Spectrum Center in August 2024. The restaurant will be located at 732 Spectrum Center Drive, Irvine, CA 92618 (near Dave & Busters). For more information, please visit Georgias-Restaurant.com.
