Hula Hayride for Horses
Help raise funds to find lodging for 56 homeless horses in Huntington Beach at a “Hula Hayride,” a country music fundraiser at Don the Beachcomber tonight from 6 to 10 p.m. Red Bucket Equine Rescue needs a permanent home for their rescued and rehabilitated animals which have been stabled at the Huntington Beach Equestrian Center. Red Bucket’s mission is to save and rehabilitate horses, restore their trust in humankind and find them safe, loving and permanent adoptive homes. The Hula Hayride is a great way to see many of the area’s top talent in one evening including the Road Kill Kings, Wreck N Sow, Signal Hillbillys, Damngivers, Ryan Donahue, Justin Foutz and more. There’s a $10 suggested donation at the door, and a $12 Southern style home cooking menu, with happy hour prices on appetizers and drinks all night

La Cave Turns 50!
La Cave celebrates its Golden Anniversary today starting at 4:30 p.m. The old school underground restaurant serves steaks and seafood, along with great cocktails, and live music and entertainment. Zumba for Make-A-Wish
The District will be hosting a monthly Zumba Fitness Class to benefit the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Orange County and the Inland Empire beginning Sunday from 9 to 10 a.m. and continuing every third Sunday of the month through May. Enerji Fitness, a boutique fitness studio in OC will lead the Zumba Fitness Classes on The District Promenade Stage. Attendees are encouraged to make a suggested donation of between $10 and $20 to benefit the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
