Business park, Lakeshore in Irvine, is the new home of Bosscat Kitchen & Libations and TEN Sushi + Cocktail Bar in their two, brand new
restaurant locations one mile from their previous Newport Beach location.
The Grand Opening party for Bosscat Kitchen & Libations and TEN Sushi + CocktailBar Lakeshore will take place Wednesday, August 10th from 5-7 p.m. and is open to the public to come enjoy. There will be food samples from both concepts, live music, and of course, some whiskey tastings! To RSVP and for more information, please visit bosscatkitchen.com and.tensushicocktail.com/rsvp.
Keeping with its exact concept, Bosscat Kitchen & Libations Lakeshore is a 5,000 square-foot modern whiskey-focused eatery with a 1,200 square-foot patio and an indoor/outdoor bar, open to the vast greenbelt in the center of the business park. TEN Sushi + Cocktail Bar is a 2,800-square-foot, beautiful, and intimate sushi haven with an 850-square-foot patio.
Both are brand new spaces, constructed entirely from the ground up, by the newly named, Daily Dose Hospitality (previously BCK Management) and their construction partner, Platinum X Construction.
“I get asked a lot about why we made this transition from Newport to Irvine and it’s a big shift for us,” co-founder JT Reed explains. He adds “we had known that the landlord at MacArthur was working to redevelop that space which provided us this unique opportunity to find our new home. We’re happy we were able to stay very specific to an area, only one mile from our previous Newport Beach location since we
have a really great clientele base there that we have built and fostered over the years.”
This move has allowed Co-founder (and Creative Director) Leslie Nguyen to push the design limits and improve upon the existing concepts (especially at TEN which has undergone a full brand change). She has certainly learned which elements are necessary for each brand over the last 8 years and this move has allowed her to execute and adjust the recipe just slightly - to appease their now, more mature, palates.
TEN Sushi + Cocktail Bar seats 110 people (including the custom sushi bar seating) and Bosscat Kitchen & Libations has seating for over 160 guests (30 more than theMcArthur location), including a central, showpiece bar that seats over 20 people.
The ambiance of both restaurants has been upgraded and updated, but it’s still very reminiscent of the current locations. During the day TEN is ideal for both formal andcasual business lunches (perfect for the setting of the business park) but at night therestaurant transitions to its sexy, chic counterpart, with unique sushi creations andnon-traditional takes on the traditional Asian faire.
Bosscat is the perfect spot for a laid back professional lunch or fun date night out with your whiskey-loving significant other. Bosscat will also continue to be the go-to space for weekend brunches, still serving their Food Network famous donut burgers and fruity pebbles french toast.
Lakeshore is located at 18101 Von Karman Ave. in Irvine.
