LAWineFest Returns to the Long Beach Waterfront June 4 - 5

LAWineFest returns to Harry Bridges Memorial Park at the Long Beach Harbor for the premier wine tasting event of the year June 4 and 5. Featuring award-winning wines from around the globe - plus craft brews and more - the park beside the historic Queen Mary sets the mood for LAWineFest to provide a relaxed space where fun, exploration, and wine education is balanced with artisan shopping boutiques, live music, great food trucks and more. And it’s for a great cause.

This year the LAWineFest has again partnered with the Los Angeles Boys & Girls Club as its charitable partner, raising funds and awareness for the original founding chapter of the organization over the course of the two days.

After a few hours of sipping, savoring, and strolling, attendees can take a break and enjoy lobster rolls, brats, pizza, Caribbean food, burgers, and more from an array of food trucks and booths, including from acclaimed Fuego of the Hotel Maya, available for purchase. There is also a unique array of lifestyle exhibitors offering everything from wine accessories, chocolates, jewelry, clothing, unique candles, and more. When the Fest concludes each day, attendees are encouraged to check out the award-winning restaurants and stores nearby in the city.

Enjoy Live Music both days - Saturday with Gregg Young and the 2nd Street Band, and on Sunday - The Unofficial SLAM Band.

LAWineFest is sponsored by Waters Edge Winery with two locations in Long Beach; Hotel Maya next to the Fest site; Welk Resorts, Amaro Montenegro, Plymouth Gin, Sedona Water, and Long Beach Council District 1 - Hon. Mary Zendejas, among others.

LAWineFest hours are 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday, and 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday. Parking will be available for a fee in the Queen Mary lot. Designated Drivers, carpooling, ride-sharing services, and public transportation are highly recommended. An ever-growing list of wineries, breweries, and shops is located at  LAWineFest.com.

Early-bird discounted tickets are still available at  www.lawinefest.com for a limited time. Enter WINEFRIEND for 20% off.

Tickets at the door will be available, subject to capacity:

General Admission (at the gate): $100

Includes entry to the Fest, a commemorative souvenir cup to keep, unlimited* wine and craft brew tastings, water, coffee, and the overall Fest experience.

All Access (at the gate): $125

Provides all that GA does, PLUS tasting wines from over a dozen gem Boutique Wineries, which are defined as producing less than 2,500 cases of wine each year. As a result, only 400 All Access tickets are available per day so purchase early - Saturday All Access sells out early.

On Saturday only, you also have the ability to enter the Fest one hour early (at 1 p.m.). No early entry Sunday.

Designated drivers are encouraged, and get to join their friends and enjoy all the amenities of the day for only $20 (does not include any alcohol tastings).
