Life Time, the “athletic country club” known for its state-of-the-art fitness floor, studio-style classes, LifeSpa and so much more, is opening its first Irvine location on March 10, 2023.
Located at Lakeshore Towers, the Irvine location will be the third Orange County club, joining San Clemente and Laguna Niguel, making it even easier for OC locals to invest in their health with Life Time.
From fitness, community, and nourishment to self-care and child development, Life Time addresses all aspects of health. The Lakeshore-Irvine club will feature dedicated studios and spaces for barre, cardio cycling, Pilates, yoga, and more.

Additionally, the new Lakeshore-Irvine club boasts amenities for anyone 90 days old with its Kids Academy including kid-friendly fitness classes, seasonal camps, activities, homework support, and up to 2.5 hours of daily childcare.
