Comp Gloss and Conditioning Fix
One of the most talented hair stylists we’ve ever met, Rochelle Flammer at Tek Salon and Spa on East 17th Street in Costa Mesa is offering a special for new clients.
She’s giving a complimentary gloss and conditioning treatment with any service. It’s especially ideal for dry and dull hair due to winter weather. Rochelle specializes in natural and bohemian cuts and color, ombré, and incredible blow-outs.
She’ll take time to listen to what clients want and she’s honest. We’re big fans of Rochelle’s talents at Greer’s OC and happy that’s she’s relocated to Costa Mesa.
